New girl on the block

Hello everyone! My name's Angel and I'm a 25 year old housewife from Chesterfield (UK). I got married in September and after looking at the extortionately priced Seating plans I came to the conclusion that although I haven't done much by way of papercrafting since I was at college, I could do a much better job for a lot less money...and I was right! Sure I sliced the skin off my knuckle two days before the wedding >_< But eh, my seating plan was perfect, just like the grounds and cake it was in our colours and looked as though the trees had just shed their leaves all over it (It was an autumn theme). It did however re-kindle my love for papercrafting!

I plan on scrap booking my wedding album rather than have a traditional one. Seems only right since my mum stitched the front cover and had the album hand bound. Not got round to it yet though, I'm still a little hesitant. Instead I made my Christmas cards and remembered why I stopped. No one appreciated it except my husband . So Not doing that anymore. Instead I've just been on a penpal hunt as I miss having someone to write to, so I've got a few people sending me letters. Hopefully I can find a long term penpal amongst them, although I suspect most will only be short term, so what I am doing is making pretty notecards for me to write my letters in instead of the usual lettersets. Makes a pretty change, and since most of my penpals are coming from crafting sites, they seem like the people who will appreciate it.
